Tom Fox asks Emily Darling how she got involved with yoga. “I was just a teenager going through all the things that teenagers go through, and my mom had been practicing yoga. She felt yoga would help me on my path, to help me be healthier and get me away from the stress of school and social life and all the things teenagers go through,” Darling answers. “It was like a sanctuary.”
