Has anyone of this lawsuit that was written up by a Dr. Jonathan Levy on behalf of Holocust victims and orthodox Catholics? The suit claims that Pope Puis XII knowingly allowed monies from Jews in the Camps of WW2 and the Croats from the sametime period who were in camps in their own country. It is certainly to be another black eye for the Church at a time when it does not need it.
