The April 4 th Issue of NCR contains a most significant article by Laura LLoyd entitled , ' A Passion to Restore the Rule of Law '. A Navy Officer assigned to defend a Guantanamo Bay detainee won a Supreme Court ruling for fair treatment of his client and saw his efforts circumvented as well as his being forced out of the service. This defender's courage is exemplary. We cannot allow our leaders get away with calling the law whatever they feel it is for the expedience of their agenda.
